Ordering: Orders received after 12:00 Noon (EST) will be processed the following business day. Your order should ship within 48 business hours after receipt.

Shipping: Shipping is via UPS Standard Ground Service. Please note that we cannot ship to a PO Box. Sales tax will be charged to customers in the states of Iowa and Illinois. All other states are exempt. Shipping is free for orders more than $49 only with Standard UPS Ground Service. We will ship ONLY to locations inside the continental United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship on holidays or weekends.

Prices: Although it is our policy to update customers well in advance of any price changes, we must reserve the right to change prices as needed.

Delivery: Orders are regularly processed and shipped within 7 working days from receipt of order.

Back Orders: Unless otherwise specified, we reserve the right to backorder items at our discretion. Shipping charges will be added to shipped backorders reflective to the shipping terms of the original order. Please call upon receipt of the initial products of your order to cancel a backorder if shipping costs will be an issue.

Special Order Items: Some items may be available only via “Special Order.” For these items, please allow a minimum of 90 days for your order to arrive under normal shipping terms. We will attempt every effort to contact you if your order includes one of these items that are considered “Special Order”.

Shipping Damage: Any damages which obviously occurred in transit are the responsibility of the carrier, and related claims should be made promptly and directly to the carrier.

Defective Merchandise (Repairs/Returns): Upon authorization, defective merchandise must be shipped prepaid for our examination to:

Credit and/or replacements for defective or damaged goods will not be issued without prior written authorization. FarmingSuppliesDirect.com's products are warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects and material workmanship under normal use. FarmingSuppliesDirect.com's obligations under this warranty shall be limited to the repair or replacement of any part or parts which may prove defective under normal use and serviced within 30 days of the date of purchase.

Returned Merchandise: A 15% handling charge will be deducted from credits for returned goods. Merchandise will not be accepted without prior written authorization from FarmingSuppliesDirect.com. Prepaid return shipping labels will not be provided without prior written authorization from FarmingSuppliesDirect.com. Obsolete and non-saleable goods are not acceptable for credit.
