Terms of Sale
All orders need to be prepared be fore they can be shipped. We accept MasterCard & Visa and/or we can ship via UPS C.O.D. There is a $7.00 C.O.D. fee plus shipping and handling. A house account can be set up after a credit application has been submitted and approved. Terms for our house accounts are net 30 days from the date of invoice unless otherwise specified.
All transactions are completed on a secure server. The only information needed to complete the sale is:
- Purchaser’s name
- Billing address
- Email address (so that we can send you shipping confirmation, etc.)
- Phone number (in case we need to contact with any questions or concerns)
- Name and address to ship to (if different from purchaser)
Shipping is via UPS Standard Ground Service, unless 2nd Day or Next Day Service is requested. Sales tax will be charged to customers in the states of Iowa and Illinois. All other states are exempt.
Return Policy: All products have a 30-day money back guarantee. If you are not happy with your product, please contact Farming Supplies Direct at (877) 987-5888, or by email to customerservice@farmingsuppliesdirect.com. OR you can download our Return Order Form for faster return processing. Please keep in mind we do not accept returns for sale, clearance or special order items. We do not refund your original shipping or return shipping charges.
